Job Description
We operate an organic farm and an upscale farm-to-table restaurant.
Nestled in the picturesque highlands of Janda Baik, just 40 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, we pride ourselves on being one of Malaysia's most esteemed dining establishments and have been honored with Tatler's ‘Best 20 Restaurants’ Award.
We are seeking a versatile Guest Services Assistant Manager to enhance our outstanding team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing guest relations, including responding to email bookings and inquiries.
- Providing floor service, specifically waiting tables during lunch service days.
- Overseeing the maintenance and organization of guest records and service areas.
- Managing events, including corporate offsites & weddings.
- Co-ordinating booking specifications with senior chefs.
- Assisting office administration & social media production.

Job Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Strong non-AI assisted proficiency in written English
- Completed tertiary education
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit
- Friendly personality and appearance
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous
- Capable of serving and managing alcohol
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must have personal transportation, ideally a car
This position is a senior executive role within the company's core operational team. The candidate is expected to maintain the highest standards of service delivery. While prior experience in guest relations or food and beverage hospitality is advantageous, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. A bright and intelligent personality is essential.
Candidates selected for further consideration will be required to complete a service trial following the initial video interview.
