Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via WhatsApp or phone call
• Follow up with your customer leads
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (with attractive monthly bonuses!)
• Update basic customer details in an Excel sheet

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum SPM qualification. A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields is an added advantage.

Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin is required. Basic conversational English is sufficient!

Experience: Fresh SPM graduates are welcome to apply or having at least 1 year of sales experience (especially in telesales or customer service) is a plus.

Target-Driven: Highly motivated with a strong desire to hit and exceed monthly sales targets.

Team Player: Able to work independently and collaborate well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Attitude: Positive mindset, willing to learn, and highly self-motivated.
