Responsibilities

• Focus on student enrollment and hit the monthly sales targets.
• Handle sales: Reply to inquiries, set appointments, and close sales with parents.
• Manage daily operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and follows quality standards.
• ⁠Manage the team to ensure efficiency and keep a positive working spirit.
• Build good relationships with parents through warm greetings and regular progress updates.
• ⁠Solve problems quickly to keep a positive and professional environment.
• Provide great customer service and answer questions from parents or students.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak and communicate in Mandarin.
• Minimum education: SPM or above.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisor or team leader role is preferred.
• Fresh candidates who are hungry for growth and learn fast are welcome.
• Must be responsible and detail-oriented in your work.
• Possess logical thinking and good communication skills.
• Genuine interest in education, management, and building a career.
• ⁠Willing to attend full training and follow company SOPs strictly.
