Job Description
A Speed Network Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding our PropTech platform, 7Link, across Malaysia. We are looking for Sales Executives to introduce 7Link to property developers, JMB/MC/RA committees, and property management companies, helping them digitalize handover, defect management, community engagement, IoT access, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property sector.
- Present and demonstrate 7Link to decision-makers.
- Follow up on marketing leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate client onboarding and training to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support post-sales needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align client requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales KPIs and maintain accurate CRM reports.
Requirements:
- Age 21–40, Diploma/Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Property, IT).
- Fresh graduates encouraged; full training provided.
- Confident, energetic, good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English & BM; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Own transport and willing to travel.

Job Requirements
- Age 21–40 years old.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, IT, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome; full training provided.
- Confident, energetic, and enjoys meeting and engaging with people.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
