Job Description

  What You Will Do

  •  Identify and approach potential clients across property developers, property management companies, and JMB/MC/RA communities.
  •  Arrange meetings, present 7Link solutions, and conduct product demos for decision-makers.
  •  Follow up on leads from marketing, networking, referrals, and your own prospecting efforts.
  •  Convert opportunities into confirmed projects and help drive monthly sales targets.
  •  Work closely with the onboarding and internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after project confirmation.
  •  Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional, responsive sales presence.
  •  Keep your pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM records updated accurately.

Job Requirements

 Who Will Do Well Here

  •  Diploma or Degree holders in Business, Marketing, Property, IT, or related fields.
  •  Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with sales experience will have an added advantage.
  •  Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds.
  •  Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  •  Willing to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-driven environment.
  •  Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
