What You'll Do

• Facilitate sessions on-site during training days, supporting the lead instructor and assisting students
• Create AI creative workflows and video commercials
• Plan and coordinate upcoming events, workshops, and public courses
• Assist in designing and improving course content and materials
• Take ownership of processes and find better AI-powered ways to get things done

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. You'll work from home on regular days. On training and event days, you'll be required on-site to facilitate.

Compensation

• Base salary: RM 3,500 to RM 6,000 per month (based on portfolio strength and experience)

Job Requirements

• Experience in design, marketing, or branding
• No AI experience needed, but you must be willing to learn new AI tools
• You can work both independently and in a team.
• You communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
