What You'll Do

• Lead the in-house design team
• Come up with creative concepts and create beautiful content
• Research on new tools and new methods of creating content
• Facilitate sessions on-site during training days, supporting the lead instructor and assisting students
• Create AI creative workflows and video commercials for social media @thomasau_22 on IG

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. On most days you will work-from-home. 1 day per week in the office

Compensation

• Base salary: RM 5,000++ per month (based on portfolio strength and experience)

Job Requirements

• Experience in design, marketing, or videography
• Interest in different genres, mediums, and forms of art.
• No AI experience needed, but you must be willing to learn new AI tools
• You can work both independently and in a small team.
• You communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You can understand basic Mandarin.
• You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
