About A22A Sdn Bhd

A22A is Malaysia's leading HRDC-certified AI creative education company. We run intensive, hands-on courses that teach designers, marketers, and creative professionals how to produce commercial-grade AI content.

We started as a 2-person team in January 2026. Within a few months, we grew to a team of 5. We move fast, we share ideas openly, and everyone gets a seat at the table.

What You'll Do

• Learn to create AI-powered creative content and video commercials
• Work with the social media team on brainstorming, conceptualising, ideating, and executing fresh ideas
• Explore and experiment with the latest AI tools before most people even know they exist
• Assist in designing and improving course content and materials
• Facilitate on-site training sessions, helping students through hands-on exercises
• Pitch your ideas. Seriously, we want to hear them!

How to think and create like a Creative Director

• How to build AI creative workflows for real commercial briefs
• How to produce content for business use cases
• How to operate in a fast-moving startup environment

You'll receive direct mentorship from our Creative Director and Co-Founders throughout your internship.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid internship. You'll work from home on regular days. On training days, you may be required on-site to facilitate.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Anyone who is interested in content creation, as long as you have a portfolio.
• No AI experience needed. You just need to be willing to learn.
• You can work independently and thrive in a team
• You communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• You're a self-starter who's comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Bonus points if you've already been playing around with AI tools on your own
