• Own the overall content strategy for a personal brand (@thomasau_22 on IG)
  across social media platforms
• Identify market trends and topics to be turned into content
• Write or edit short-form video scripts 
• Diagnose underperforming content 
• Coordinate with in-house and freelance editors

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. 1-3 days per week in the office

Job Requirements

• Experience in content strategy, social media, or personal branding
• Has personally run or ghost-run a personal brand account
• Experience in education, coaching, info-product, or agency environments is a plus
• Bonus: has built an account in a niche or B2B space, not just broad entertainment content
• Understands story structure for short-form video content
• Understanding in building authority on social media
• Can write scripts that hold attention 
• Can brief and manage a junior strategist and freelance editors
• Understanding on Malaysian and regional context
• Professional proficiency in English. Mandarin is a plus
