Job Description

 Assist seniors with task as below:

1. Plan, prepare and execute events with the team.
2. Work closely with clients, understand their needs, manage their expectations, provide regular updates to the client, and act in the best interest of the company and its client
3. Prepare and execute event registration and logistics
4. Prepare event timeline, event order and requirements checklist for the team, vendors and client
5. Assign tasks to team members and vendors, manage the timelines and deliveries
6. Manage and liaise with partners such as event organizers, vendors, internal stakeholders and external joint partners, ensuring all communication are clear and accurate
7. Ensure all services, equipment and materials required for the event are available and prepared accordingly
8. Domestic and international travel required
9. Monitor project expenses, stay within budget and ensure targeted gross margins are met
10. Ensure final billings are done accurately and payment is collected on time
