Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn and grow within the meetings, conferences, events & incentive travel industry. This role supports the creative team in developing and executing design concepts for meetings, conferences, events & travel programmes. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in translating ideas into visually engaging designs and adapt approved visuals across various print and digital formats, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative & Design Support

• Assist in designing creative visuals for travel programmes, events, and proposals under guidance from senior designers
• Support the creation of graphic content such as layouts, simple illustrations, infographics, and visual assets
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help enhance proposal presentations through visual design

Travel & Event Design Deliverables

• Assist in designing and adapting materials for print formats including stationeries, invitations, agendas or itineraries, backdrops, banners, buntings, luggage tags, premiums, and other event collaterals
• Support the production of digital assets such as e‑backdrops, presentation visuals, and basic social media creatives
• Adapt approved designs into multiple formats and specifications while maintaining visual consistency

Brand Consistency & Quality Control

• Follow brand guidelines and visual standards for internal and client projects
• Ensure attention to detail when preparing design files for submission or production
• Assist in checking final artwork for accuracy before print or digital delivery

Collaboration & Team Engagement

• Work closely with the creative team, account servicing, and operations team to support project requirements
• Participate in team brainstorming and idea‑sharing sessions
• Take feedback positively and implement revisions effectively

Tools & Learning Development

• Use graphic design software and tools effectively for daily design tasks
• Stay aware of design trends, event branding styles, and visual inspiration
• Show willingness to learn new skills, tools, and industry best practices

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply)
• Exposure to event, travel, creative agency, or marketing environments is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Able to prepare artwork files for print and digital use with guidance
• Knowledge of print production processes is a plus
