Job Description

Business Development

  1. Driven by numbers, able to meet set targets and always excited with new opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and research.
  3. Excellent in follow-ups, strong in communicating with clients and demonstrate continuous effort in regularly keeping in touch with clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels and key industry stakeholders

Client Relationships Management

  1. Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions.
  3. Regularly update new products, services, and industry trends.

Negotiation & Closing

  1. Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to secure projects.
  2. Collaborate with the creative, operation, and technical teams to ensure successful event execution.

Reporting & Analysis

  1. Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to the management team.
  2. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  3. Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  1. Work closely with creative, operation, and technical teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience working in Sales & Client Servicing or related; event agency experience a plus.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Go getter, driven by numbers and unafraid to connect with people.
  • Outstanding follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with great command in spoken & written English.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & creative usage of Microsoft PowerPoint for visual proposals is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and capable of managing multiple prospects & clients simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • A keen nose for events ideas, conceptualization & production for events, conferences, incentives & team building.
  • Passionate for a flawless event.
