Aavii Worldwide is a dynamic and innovative brand experience agency committed to delivering immersive and impactful design solutions. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced 3D Designer to join our creative team and help bring our global brand visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and execute on multiple projects for global brand
• Develop and execute creative concepts across multiple projects for global brands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support virtualization initiatives, including event floor space planning and design.
• Generate accurate and detailed 3D models for fabrication and development purposes.
• Prepare technical drawings based on detailed notes and specifications.
• Translate ideation into structural development through to production.
• Apply strong event marketing knowledge to create designs that effectively communicate brand and product messages.
• Design high-quality visuals for innovative presentations and job pitching.
• Propose project and campaign goals, strategies, and tactics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the design workflow.
• Manage timelines effectively, ensuring deliverables meet marketing principles, best practices, and current trends.
• Maintain quality control and ensure all work aligns with project briefs and deadlines.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in 3Ds Max, Chaos V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing personal skillset, 3D modeling capabilities, and physical model photos (required for consideration).
• Ability to develop, communicate, and present design concepts clearly to teams and clients.
• Experience in directing junior designers and collaborating within a team to realize creative visions.
• Excellent communication and graphic presentation skills.
• Highly organized and deadline-conscious.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of construction and production methods and processes.
