Job Description

Location: Batu Caves
Working Days: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)

                          Saturday (9am-1pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotations to customers accurately and in a timely manner 
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations for customers 
  • Ensure all pricing and details in quotations are accurate 
  • Liaise with team members to confirm product details before sending quotations
  • Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks 
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document management 
  • Maintain proper records and documentation 
  • Assist in coordinating office operations 
  • Communicate via phone/WhatsApp when required 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification 
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) 
  • Able to use computer and smartphone efficiently 
  • Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & basic English) 
  • Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized 
  • Able to multitask and follow instructions
