Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Intern to support our store team in daily retail operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in customer service, store operations, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. 

•  Assist the retail team with daily store operations. 
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 
• Support customers with product enquiries and provide basic product information. 
• Assist with product demonstrations and customer engagement. 
• Help with stock replenishment and ensure products are properly displayed. 
• Assist with receiving, checking, arranging, and organising stock. 
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and product presentation. 
• Support visual merchandising and promotional displays. 
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Interested in retail, customer service, and the beauty industry. 
• Friendly, positive, and willing to learn. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Comfortable interacting with customers. 
• Able to work well in a team.
• Able to work according to the store's working schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.
