We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team based at Penang. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our advanced oncology medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and enhancing patient care through installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of medical equipment.
• Conduct field testing and troubleshoot medical systems to promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Execute preventive maintenance practices.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, focusing on delivering quality service while identifying the root causes of equipment breakdowns.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely responses to their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all service-related information to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Assist in the development of junior service engineers by providing guidance in troubleshooting equipment service matters.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a medical field is added advantage; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• MUST possess own car transport.
• Willing to travel within state/ outstation and overseas.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
• Good technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive self–starter with initiative and capable to work independently.
• Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
