You will play an essential role to: 

To support the Operations team’s efficiency and ensure all departmental workflows are well-documented through the following:

• Information Gathering: Collaborate with various departments to gather detailed information on day-to-day activities and workflows.
• SOP Development: Assist in drafting and creating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different business units.
• Process Review: Conduct interviews with staff and stakeholders to validate current practices and identify areas for improvement in existing SOPs.
• Operational Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for daily operational tasks as required by the department.
• Documentation Management: Ensure all operational manuals and approval systems are updated and organized systematically.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the company’s ISO 9001:2015 standards and general business needs. day-to-day activities for various departments 

Job Requirements

To be successful in this intern role, you will need to have:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related discipline.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a basic understanding of process mapping or flowcharts (knowledge of tools like Canva or Visio is a plus).
• Mindset: A genuine interest in the industrial engineering trading industry and a passion for improving business systems.
