Job Description

We are looking for a confident and engaging Live Streaming Host to be the face of our brand across TikTok and other live platforms. You will entertain, educate, and connect with audiences through interactive live sessions — driving engagement, brand awareness, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present live-streaming sessions (mainly on TikTok), showcasing products in an engaging and authentic way.
   
• Interact with viewers in real time — respond to comments, answer questions, and maintain a positive, energetic live atmosphere.
   
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to plan content themes, product demonstrations, and on-camera activities.
   
• Actively analyze live performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements for future sessions.
   
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral formats, and influencer styles to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
   
• Participate in video shoots, acting roles, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand image and storytelling.
   
• Represent the company professionally, embodying a friendly, confident, and relatable personality on screen.
   
• Contribute creative ideas for social media marketing, skits, and seasonal campaigns.
   

Job Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
   
• Confident and camera-friendly personality – comfortable hosting, speaking, and performing live.
   
• Creative mindset with a passion for social media, trends, and audience engagement.
   
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a lively and positive attitude.
   
• Team player who can collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketers.
   
• Experience in live hosting, performing, or acting is an advantage but not mandatory.
   
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or other social selling platforms is preferred.
   
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during campaign periods.
