Job Description

• This position will be based at Parkson - Hextar World Empire City 

• Attractive commission scheme 
• Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming, assisting, and serving patrons
• Cultivate a positive brand reputation and motivate customers to explore and buy products
• Exhibit in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and advantages to customers
• Recognize customer interests and comprehend their needs and preferences
• Suggest appropriate products to customers according to their needs
• Uphold cleanliness and visual standards in the counter 
• Perform monthly inventory checks 
• Ensure precise pricing and proper presentation of all merchandise
• Reporting daily sales after counter closing 

Job Requirements

•  Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and in accordance with retail operating hours. 
• Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial
• Warm, sociable demeanor with a enthusiasm for engaging with others
• Proficient in product handling
• Excellent communication and presenting skill
