Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in managing social media platforms, content creation, and digital engagement. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about branding, trends, and online marketing
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging posts, captions, stories, and short videos
- Design simple marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Support campaigns to increase followers, reach, and brand awareness
- Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and event promotions
- Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports
- Assist in website content updates and email marketing when needed
- Support ad-hoc marketing and branding activities
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
- Familiar with platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage
- Good written communication skills in English (Chinese/Malay is a plus)
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
