Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and management of supply chain software applications, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to strategize and coordinate effectively across teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle of WMS and other supply chain software implementations. 
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, resources, and team activities.
• Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues, including identification, escalation, and resolution.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in supply chain or WMS/ERP software projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder expectations.
• Highly proactive, self-starter, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Language requirement: English (written and spoken).
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
