Job Description

You will be responsible for successfully implementing and configuring Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and warehouse robotics solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of WMS software and its integration with warehouse automation and robotics. You will help clients optimize warehouse operations by making effective use of world-class WMS and robotics technologies.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Gather Requirements: Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse management and automation needs, then document detailed requirements for WMS and robotics solutions.
• Software Configuration: Configure the WMS to meet client requirements, including warehouse layouts, product catalogs, order processing rules, inventory settings, and workflows that support robotic operations.
• Robotics and System Integration: Work with internal technical teams, robotics providers, and clients to integrate WMS software with warehouse automation, robotics, and external systems such as accounting software, ERP, transportation management, and marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Quality Assurance: Test WMS workflows and robotics integrations to confirm they function as expected and meet client requirements. Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues during implementation.
• Deployment Assistance and Patch Management: Assist with deploying software updates and patches in SIT, UAT, and production environments. Support deployment activities for robotics integrations as needed.
• User Training and Support: Train end users to use the WMS and relevant robotics workflows effectively. Provide ongoing support and address questions or concerns during and after implementation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain functional specifications, integration documentation, user manuals, and training materials covering WMS and robotics workflows.
• Customer Relations: Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with customers, providing responsive support throughout the WMS and robotics implementation process.
