About the Role

If you're tired of being brought in only after a campaign underperforms – expected to “fix the numbers” without having a say in the strategy, this is your chance to step into a role built around what you do best: media buying.

This is the role for you if you want to focus on building, testing, and scaling campaigns that actually drive revenue – not sit in endless meetings explaining CTR.

This is a remote-first role. However, we do have minimal in-person expectations – such as attending our monthly physical office meetings in Damansara Heights or company gatherings when required.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • No client-facing account management marathons.
  • No being left in the dark without context, offers, or creative support.
  • No fluffy vanity metrics – we care about qualified leads, sales, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

1) Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube Ads, and TikTok (and others in the future).
  • Maintain healthy pacing and spend across accounts while protecting target ROAS / CAC.
  • Set up proper tracking, UTM structures, and naming conventions so performance is easy to read.

2) Creative Testing & Optimisation

  • Test at least 10 new creatives/angles per week across key accounts. 
  • Partner with copywriters and creatives to design hooks, offers, and messaging that can be tested quickly.
  • Continuously refine audiences, placements, and bidding strategies based on data – not guesswork.

3) Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver clear weekly summaries highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and what you’re testing next.
  • Flag issues early – from tracking problems to offer mismatch – and propose fixes.
  • Translate performance data into simple, actionable recommendations for the wider team.

4) Scaling & Strategy

  • Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining efficiency.
  • Build and maintain retargeting, warm, and lookalike audience structures across platforms. 
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promo pushes, launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Good-To-Have Skills
  • 2+ years running paid campaigns for brands, agencies, or performance marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google/YouTube Ads; bonus if you’ve also run TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, pixels, conversion APIs, and basic analytics tools.
  • You’ve run structured A/B tests and can explain your testing logic clearly.
  • Articulate in giving detailed reports on campaign performance.
  • Good balance of quantitative thinking and creative judgment.

Bonus: you’ve used tools like Hyros or similar for deeper attribution. 

Bonus: familiar with marketing software like GoHighLevel. 

Bonus: skilled in using Google Sheets for reporting.

You’ll Work With:

  • Lead Performance Copywriter – to align campaign strategy with launches, promos, revenue targets; and for clear angles, hooks, and offers to test.
  • A creative team that consists of Video Editors and a Senior Designer to design and iterate high-performing ad creatives.
