About the Role

This is a coordination-heavy, execution-critical role.

As Project Manager for the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns, content, funnels, and assets move from idea to execution smoothly and on time.

You will not be creating the assets yourself. Your role is to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to marketing workflows.

You will work across copywriters, designers, funnel builders, and media buyers to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with strategic priorities.

This role requires calm leadership, structured thinking, and a strong bias toward follow-through.

  • Break down campaigns into structured action steps and task cards assigned to respective stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables across teams.

2) Timeline & Resource Management

  • Ensure copy, design, and funnel builds are delivered on time.
  • Identify potential delays early and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Prioritise workload based on strategic importance.

3) Workflow Optimisation

  • Improve marketing SOPs and internal processes.
  • Maintain clarity across project management tools.
  • Ensure documentation and file organisation are consistent.

4) Internal Communication & Alignment

  • Run marketing check-ins and ensure updates are captured.
  • Clarify ownership and next steps after meetings.
  • Escalate risks or delays to leadership when necessary.

Core Requirements:

  • 3+ years in marketing project management, operations, or agency coordination.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience working with creative and performance teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Good-To-Have Skills:

  • Agency background.
  • Exposure to paid ads and funnel marketing.
  • Experience improving workflow systems.
