If you're tired of being treated like a one-person production house, expected to direct, shoot, strategize, and somehow still edit - only to have your creative flow constantly interrupted, this is your chance to work in a role designed around what you do best: video editing.
At Accel Scaling, we’ve designed this role with one thing in mind: creative momentum. You’ll work with a team that moves fast, respects your craft, and backs you with the tools and clarity to do your best work. It won’t always be perfect, but it will be focused, fast, and fair.
This is the role if you want a role that you can focus on video editing, that values your output, and gives you room to grow&nbsp;
 This is a remote-first role. However, if you are operating in Malaysia, we do have minimal in-person expectations-such as attending our monthly physical office meetings or company gatherings when required.

<li>Speed + freedom. You’ll be trusted to own your timeline. What matters is the final output.</li>
<li>AI-friendly. Use OpusClip, Descript, Runway, or whatever speeds you up. Innovation of your workflow using AI is encouraged, just double-check the results.</li>
<li>Real progression. We promote based on delivery. We evaluate output and unlock new responsibilities - and of course, new incentive tiers.</li>
