This is a remote-first role. However, if you are operating in Malaysia, we do have minimal in-person expectations-such as attending our monthly physical office meetings or company gatherings when required.

Job Requirements

You’re Our Ideal Candidate If...

• You live inside your editing software and love building compelling cuts
• You think in scenes, not seconds, and optimize for viewer retention
• You crave feedback and love seeing your work perform in the real world

What You Won’t Be Doing

• No on-site video shoots
• No deck-building or campaign strategy

This role is pure creative execution, designed for editors who want to stay in flow.

What You’ll Do

Long-Form Video Ads

• Edit 3–5 high-converting, psychology-driven long-form ads/month
• Cut 3–5 hook variations per ad for A/B testing

Social Media Reels

• Deliver 18–25 scroll-stopping reels per month (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts)
• Stay on-brand while hitting platform trends

Quality + Visual Standard

• Own grading, pacing, CTA clarity, audio, subtitles
• Keep visuals fresh with quarterly style updates

Collaboration Without Bureaucracy

• Syncs with copywriters, videographers, and designers
• Minimal layers, fast execution — get in, get assets, get editing

Always Be Leveling Up

• Test new formats, transitions, hooks, and workflows
• Bring new AI tools and automation ideas to the table

Good-To-Have Skills

• 2+ years editing content for brands, performance ads, or agencies
• Strong portfolio of social-first, high-performance video work
• Comfortable with Premiere Pro and other editing tools
• Bonus: You’ve automated parts of your workflow using AI tools
• Good creative sense and aesthetics

You’ll Work With:

• Lead Performance Copywriter - clear scripts, structured briefs
• Videographer - who handles all on-ground event shoots and works closely with you to hand over footage that’s ready to edit
• A remote-first team that values output
