Job Description

  • Attend to walk-in visitors and customers courteously and tactfully.      
  • Responsible for managing the reception desk and handling enquiries.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, mails and courier consignments. 
  • Handle all other related administration work.
  • Access computer systems to perform daily work, including email, softwares, and shared folders.
  • Contacts doctors’ offices for patient information clarifications, refill requests, etc.
  • Contacts patients for any information needed related to prescription.
  • Processes new orders, refills and pre-orders, noting all activity in patient notes field of pharmacy computer system.
  • To liaise with courier companies for outoing mails and courier consignments and to dispatch all incoming courier mails / mails effectively and systematically. 
  • To perform other general administrative and clerical support when required and any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Locates, and demonstrates general knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures or SOPs.
  • Works together with all team members to promote a community of cooperation and respect.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen and possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Good telephone etiquette and good communication skills.
  • Excellent customer interaction and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to successfully prioritize and manage a wide variety of critical and/or time-sensitive job duties.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Due to hiring urgency, candidates who can commence immediately will be prioritized.
