Job Description #LI-GMResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Automation Tester, you will:Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function.Apply quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in automation testing.Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to ensure effective team performance.Make key team and project-level decisions, influencing multiple teams across the project.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing objectives and deliverables are aligned.Analyze testing results, deliver actionable insights, and continuously improve product quality.Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.
