Job Description
Job Description #LI-GMMain responsibilities expected:Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve digDash processes and reports sending whenever some issues are encountered.Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with data lake architectures and querying tools (e.g. Vertica, Postgresql)Collaborate reactively and autonomously with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders from France/Lux and Malaysia when any production or issues arise.Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within visual outputs.Optimize dashboard performance and manage data refresh cycles.Support user training and promote self-service BI through dashboard sharing and documentation.Implement security and access controls within the DigDash platform.Participate in continuous improvement of BI practices, visual storytelling, and UI/UX design.
