Job Description #LI-GMMain responsibilities expected:Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user 's requests (analyze and debug)Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications.Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology.
