Job Title: Developer - Backend (BE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to support and maintain digital banking applications within an L3 support environment. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, enhancing backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of digital banking platforms.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for digital banking applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using J2EE and Spring-based frameworks
• Support integration components and services (e.g., Camel, CXF)
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless system integration
• Perform bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements in production systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and environment support
• Prepare technical documentation and management reports Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
