Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Finance Functional Lead to lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions across complex transformation and implementation programs. This role requires deep SAP Finance functional expertise, strong business and industry understanding, and the ability to translate strategic finance objectives into scalable, compliant, and value‑driven SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Finance Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions
- Own end‑to‑end finance process design
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional designs, configuration decisions, and solution
- Ensure alignment between business processes, SAP standard capabilities, and solution
Program & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead and mentor senior functional consultants, ensuring delivery quality, consistency, and adherence to SAP best practices
- Act as the primary finance functional point of contact across business, technology, integration, and data teams
- Support project governance, design reviews, solution sign‑offs, and key decision forums
- Proactively manage functional risks, dependencies
