- Understanding client requirements for developing email and other omni-channel content
- Managing the email content and getting it created as per the requirements provided by client
- Maintaining high quality standards for the email content and ensuring the timelines are met
- Adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Follow ups with Marketing Manager for the required feedback/approvals
- Communication/support to the onshore team
- Co-ordinating with various stakeholders
- Constantly updating the campaign status to stakeholders and red flag if there are any issues
- Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the brand
- Lead Business discussions and manage client expectations on the project and is able to negotiate/align on plans
