Job Description SN496 WO#3 CardsJob Title: Developer - Cards (Mainframe)Domain: CardsSub-Domain: Application Development ManagementRole Type: Junior Developer (L2, 3-5 years of experience)Location: Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are looking for a Junior Mainframe Developer to support development and maintenance activities within the Cards domain, focusing on platforms such as CardLink or VisionPlus. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Mainframe COBOL, CICS, JCL, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in banking or financial services, ideally in card-related systems.Key Responsibilities:Perform application development, enhancement, and maintenance on Mainframe-based Cards systems.Work on CardLink or VisionPlus modules to support core functionality, including transaction processing and statement generation.Write and troubleshoot programs using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and VSAM/sequential datasets.Participate in the full SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Prepare and maintain technical documentation.Collaborate with QA, BA, and other technical teams for defect resolution and change implementation.Ensure compliance with coding standards and system security practices.
