Job Description SN95 WO#1 CardsJob Title: Developer - Service Delivery QAYears of Experience: L2 (3-5 years)Domain: CardsLocation: Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Cards - Service Delivery QA team. The role involves development, maintenance, and production support for Mainframe-based Cardlink applications within the Payments Card domain. You will work closely with QA, operations, and business teams to ensure system reliability, compliance, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain applications using Mainframe Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.Work with VSAM and sequential datasets to support application processing and data handling.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables for the Cards platform.Provide production support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution within agreed SLAs.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.Document technical specifications, change requests, and production incidents.Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
