Job Description #LI-GMSN402 WO#2 CCOJob Title: Development ManagerDomain: Customer Management (CCO)Sub-Domain: MicroServices, Platform Services & EngineeringLevel: Senior (L3 - 6-9 years of experience)Location: Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to lead and manage deployments, automation, and environment support for Credit Origination applications across multiple countries. The role requires strong technical expertise in Java, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management, combined with leadership and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced banking environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute SIT, UAT, and Production deployments for Credit Origination applications.Drive automation initiatives using Ansible, Python, and other scripting tools.Oversee application deployment pipelines leveraging DevOps practices and Bitbucket.Ensure smooth release management, stakeholder reporting, and Jira workflow management.Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot testing and production environments.Provide support for maintenance upgrades, patches, and capacity uplifts across countries.Monitor and maintain testing environment uptime, including automated script maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve SIT/UAT deployment issues in collaboration with DevOps/Aldon teams.Contribute to infrastructure setup, containerization, and environment management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within strict timelines.
