Responsibilities:Manages a high number of important Digital Marketing Agency relationships focused on supporting and scaling existing advertisers within the book.Good Understand of Performance marketing and how to sell solutions to sophisticated buyersSalesmanship – esp Technical – Positioning value propositions, objection handling etcAffinity to and understanding on of Chinese market / AdvertisersTypically owns important projects with Team Lead/Ops Lead oversight – usually cross program influenceCan work independently with low amount of intervention/guidance when working on projectsTypically deputises for Sales Manager in absence (PTO etc)Will typically interact and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the businessRetain and grow revenue within a strategic book of business or across business functionWhen required, operate across multiple markets sharing information and driving consistencyGain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeedWork collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationshipsTroubleshoot and optimize campaignsUpsell/cross-sell/activate existing and existing accounts when applicableTrack, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners
