Job Description We seek a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Senior Manager to oversee the project delivery to our client including brand management, content creation, consumer insight, CRM, paid media and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have rich experience in digital marketing and commerce with proven business results and leadership abilities.Responsibilities:Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client in the APAC region, understanding their unique business objectives and requirements and providing strategic guidance and solutions to drive growth and success. Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and commerce services, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) across all client projects. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, including project managers, digital marketers, and commerce specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our presence and offerings in language-specific markets within SEA, identifying new opportunities for growth and optimization. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service delivery effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization and innovation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, and technology teams, to align service delivery strategies with overall business objectives and priorities. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the SEA region, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. Financial Management: Manage Cost allocation and resource planning for service delivery operations in the SEA region, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to maintain high service delivery standards and exceed client expectations.
