About the Role

Accenture is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Analyst to support online retail operations for the India market. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day e-commerce activities, coordinating promotional campaigns, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting revenue objectives, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product launches, online merchandising, inventory coordination, and site readiness activities.

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.

• Coordinate with external retail and marketplace partners to align promotional offers and ensure consistent customer experiences.

• Track operational and promotional budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Supply Chain to drive successful execution of initiatives.

• Manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate alignment across teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain delivery timelines.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance trends, and provide recommendations to optimize business outcomes.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
