The role involves providing environment support, middleware/database troubleshooting, automation, and SSL certification management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Windows/Unix operating systems, basic middleware and database administration, and strong troubleshooting skills to ensure system stability and availability.Key Responsibilities:Provide environment support for banking applications running on Windows and Unix OS.Perform middleware administration and troubleshooting on Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic, and IIS servers.Assist with database troubleshooting across Oracle, SQL Server, and MariaDB.Support automation tasks using shell scripting and other tools.Handle SSL certificate deployment, renewal, and configuration.Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve environment-related issues.Perform incident management, monitoring, and preventive maintenance for assigned environments.
