Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer to support the Enterprise Workflow (EWF) platform within a shared services environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining workflow and case management applications using BPM and FileNet technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Java-based development and database systems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain workflow and case management applications using BPM/Case Manager and FileNet
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to implement system enhancements
• Write, test, and debug code using Java, SQL, and JavaScript (Dojo)
• Support integration between workflow systems and backend databases (Oracle)
• Assist in troubleshooting application issues and provide timely fixes
• Participate in system testing, deployment, and documentation activities
• Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards
• Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing applications
