Job Description

Scope of responsibilities:

• Generate and prepare reports for F&A team using tools i.e.  Access, direct access database tool to get the data.
• Accounting system support i.e. Reconcile data between other systems and accounting systems (i.e. SDI and Computron), Computron batch job run planning and monitoring, raise issue to the support team and follow up until resolve, run UIB policy upload function on a daily basis.
• Admin task - review and update Sub-Sri Thai box and control list.

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proficient in Microsoft office 365 (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge on accounting software.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
• Prepare data and reports to F&A team (monthly and ad-hoc).
• Good in communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Thai and English  (Thai for communicate with local IT and local users, English for communicate with Philippines team for system support).
