Job Description We are seeking a Management Consulting Manager to join our Industry X – Smart Connected Products practice within the Global Network. In this role, you will lead digital transformation programs that connect engineering, R&D, and manufacturing through smart and connected solutions. You will partner with global clients to enable end-to-end product lifecycle management, operational efficiency, and innovation across industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Electronics.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program ManagementManage end-to-end delivery of consulting and implementation projects, from planning and design to execution and post-go-live support.Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business, engineering, manufacturing, and IT domains.Oversee project governance, risk management, and reporting to ensure quality and on-time delivery.Consulting & TransformationDrive digital transformation initiatives using Industry X technologies, focusing on automation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.Define and implement AS-IS to TO-BE process transitions across engineering, MES, PLM, ERP, and manufacturing systems.Lead organizational change management (OCM) and ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.Client & Business DevelopmentCollaborate with client leadership to identify transformation opportunities and shape value-driven business cases.Support proposal development, solution design, and presentations to global stakeholders.Build and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting account growth initiatives.People & Capability DevelopmentLead, coach, and mentor consulting and delivery teams across geographies.Contribute to the creation of best practices, frameworks, and assets to strengthen the Industry X Smart Connected Products offering.
