Job Description Experience Requirements:Analyst:Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Communications & Media industryExperience in delivering SAP S/4HANA projectsPrior experience in a top-tier consulting firm or system integrator preferredConsultant – SD / MM / FICO:Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Communications & Media industryExperience in SAP S/4HANA project deliveryExperience with a global consulting firm or leading SI is an added advantageRole Overview:As an SAP S/4HANA Analyst or Consultant, you will contribute to the successful implementation of digital transformation programs for clients in the Communications & Media sector. You will apply your domain knowledge, SAP functional skills, and project execution experience to support end-to-end solution delivery, working in collaboration with senior consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Project Execution & Functional Support:Support SAP S/4HANA project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.Assist in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and requirement gathering aligned to the industry best practices.Configure and test SD, MM, FICO, or BRIM modules based on business requirements under supervision.Prepare key project documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and user training material.Participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and support solution validation with business users.Collaboration & Client Engagement:Work closely with business users and senior consultants to translate functional requirements into SAP solutions.Collaborate with development teams to define RICEFW components and support the testing cycle.Contribute to cutover planning, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.Capability Building & Delivery Excellence:Stay current on SAP innovations, especially in Digital Supply Chain, Finance, BRIM, and S/4HANA capabilities.Develop reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to streamline project delivery.Participate in internal knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
