Payroll Support and Governance:

• Provide support and governance to payroll-related matters and issues that require CoE support, including year-end amendments, statutory reporting, and payroll compliance.

• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of payroll issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Year-End Activities:

• Participate in year-end processes for in-house payroll, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of activities according to the project plan.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all year-end payroll activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

Payroll Improvement Initiatives:

• Manage payroll improvement initiatives by conducting impact assessments and engaging with internal teams.

• Introduce and implement payroll improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

• Perform post-deployment governance to monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and payroll regulations.

• Prepare and submit accurate statutory reports in a timely manner.
