Job Description Job Summary:Responsible for fostering a positive work environment by ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees, promoting effective communication between staff and management, and resolving workplace conflicts. This role is critical in promoting employee engagement, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational culture and values.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, concerns, and conflicts.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Conduct investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations.Draft and maintain documentation related to investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance concerns.Support performance management and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner.Monitor and analyze employee engagement and turnover trends to identify ER risks and improvement opportunities.Develop and deliver training to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance topics.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.Assist in the development and implementation of ER-related policies, handbooks, and communications.Support change management initiatives, organizational restructuring, and employee transitions.Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in employee relations practices.#LI-GM
