Job Description Job Summary:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries within a client-facing BPO environment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve issues, support audits, and drive continuous improvement. Success in this role requires agility, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country payroll scenarios with speed and precision.Key Responsibilities:Execute monthly payroll cycles with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and complianceReconcile payroll data across finance and HR systems to ensure consistency and audit readinessHandle complex payroll queries and escalate issues appropriately to internal or client stakeholdersPrepare statutory filings and support internal/external audits and compliance reviewsCollaborate with country HR teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on payroll inputs and timelinesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and service deliveryMaintain documentation and controls in accordance with client policies and regional regulations#LI-GM
