Job Description

a.     Be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, monitoring, data backup, disaster recovery backup, data migration, log analysis, troubleshooting and virtual tuning of the company's infrastructure operation and maintenance, as well as the diagnosis, analysis, positioning, solution and summary of various fault problems;.

b.    Be responsible for the operation and maintenance management and fault handling of the company's internal Microsoft infrastructure (AD, exchange) and the company's IDC hardware (server, network, San / NAS)

c.     Be responsible for the daily maintenance, change and monitoring of the company's virtualized environment (VMware, hyper integration), and analyze and solve difficult problems.

d.    Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management, performance tuning and backup and restore of the database

Job Requirements

a.     Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science related majors. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.

b.    Knowledge of VMware Virtualization.

c.     Familiarity with Cloud provider configuration such as Azure, Tencent cloud.

d.    Knowledge of basic Linux system command.

e.     Expert in Networking for switch, router, firewall; Acquaintance of security equipment such as WAF, IPS, IDS, and GAP. Equipped with keeping the big brand IT assets and inventory accurate and properly managed such as Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Ruijie, and Fortinet. (50% meet is acceptable)

f.     High level capability on logical thinking and continuous learning.  2+ years of Infrastructure Operations related experience.

g.    2-4 years working experience.

h.    Capable of network performance optimizing and hardware troubleshooting.

i.      1+ years working experience with Microsoft azure  network and Infrastructure

j. Mandarin speaker (required)
