We’re looking for a Mandarin-speaking Intel Collection Associate (Geopolitical) to join our Trust & Safety team. This role involves monitoring content, identifying risks, and supporting efforts to prevent product abuse through open-source research.

Strong research skills along with an interest in current events and internet trends are highly valued. Fresh graduates with an academic background in Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields are encouraged to apply!

Below is the detailed job description:

Job Scope:

• Search the internet daily for any potentially damaging issues and user risks
• Log leads found via open-source intelligence, allowing stakeholders to take action
• Assist on ad hoc projects aimed at preventing product abuse for the client
• Monitor situations and provide up-to-date information cross-functionally
• Work with analysts to research various topics and keywords to provide early warning signals for current events and trends happening globally
• Acknowledge and staying up to date on all team process updates
