Job Description #LI-GMThe role is based in Kuala Lumpur as part of an IT extension team supporting Follow-the-Sun operations across multiple business and technical areas. You will be part of the Functional Application Management (FAM) team, spread across Europe and Kuala Lumpur.The team's main responsibility is to manage the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) application. As a Functional Application ,you will play an important role in resolving incidents (including batch-related), supporting end-users, and developing small application components. Your key responsibility maintain and improve a stable and sustainable system environment.Main Responsibilities & Activities Solve application incidents.Maintain SimCorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).Troubleshoot and resolve batch job incidents.Provide end-user support.Manage user authorizations.Escalate constructively to other teams in case of data delivery issues.Perform system monitoring.Ensure ongoing maintenance, documentation updates, and test data management.
