The role involves troubleshooting, issue resolution, and supporting deployments using DevOps and ALDON. Candidates should have experience working with payment systems and automation of software deployment on AS400.Key Responsibilities:Incident Management: Provide L3 support for AS400 applications, troubleshooting system and application issues.Root Cause Analysis & Resolution: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application failures.DevOps & ALDON Support: Assist in automating deployments and maintaining ALDON workflows.Payment Systems Support: Monitor and support payment processing systems for smooth operations.System Enhancements: Work on minor enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations in RPG, C, and Java.Coordination with Teams: Liaise with L1/L2 teams, developers, and business users to ensure timely issue resolution.
